Summaries go out after the hearing adjourns, usually within the hour. A long hearing, or a recording the General Assembly posts late, pushes that back.

If it should have arrived: check spam and add summaries@tryarena.news to your contacts, then check Subscriptions to confirm you follow that committee. Still missing? Text or call. A missing summary is something we want to hear about.

Tell us right away: email henry@tryarena.news or text (303) 638-3887 with the hearing and what looks off. A screenshot is plenty.

Every vote count, dollar amount and bill number is checked against the source before anything sends. What can't be verified isn't printed, or is marked as unconfirmed. Corrections are made from the official record and appear in the summary's page in the app.

Sign-in codes take up to a minute to arrive, sometimes land in spam, and expire after 10 minutes. On the sign-in page, use Send a new code, or Continue with Google if your work email is a Google account.

“No Arena subscription for this email” means the address doesn't hold a seat. Ask whoever manages your firm's Arena seats, or contact us.

Manage texts on your Account page. Reply STOP to any Arena text to stop them immediately, or HELP for help. Choose which committees you hear about on Subscriptions.

On your Account page, Manage billing opens your receipts and invoices, payment card and cancellation. Need an invoice made out a particular way for your firm? Email henry@tryarena.news.

The person who bought the subscription gives seats from the Account page. Seats are for addresses at your firm's email domain; if your firm uses more than one domain, email us and we'll add it.
